Service Level Agreements (SLA’S)
All credit clients must have contracts/credit application forms in place for a review before credit accounts are set up.
Review process entails:
- Confirmation of documentation relevant to the credit facility
Completeness of information provided i.e. credit amount, referees, contact persons etc. - Whether Credit reference information from the given referees can sustain the credit applied
During the account set-up process, the credit control department establishes:
- Credit terms and beneficial contact persons to ensure a smooth
running of credit accounts
Ensure continuous review of credit terms - Perform analysis on customer’s financial statements as well as utilizing other available data such as payment performance, credit agency data, sales data
- Once the client is duly checked on and all data is in place, comments are written on the credit application form for signatures to be appended by the CEO and FM
